The Richland County Register of Deeds Office has implemented a new Land Record Software. Over the next 30 days the GCS index data and document images will be converted into the new searching software Laredo. During that time we highly recommend you perform your real estate searches in both Land Record systems; GCS and Laredo to capture all documents. GCS for documents recorded prior to December 11th 2023 and Laredo for documents recorded on December 11th 2023 forward.
